John has been associated with Veson since 1992 and was instrumental in creating the architecture for the company’s Integrated Maritime Operations System (IMOS).

Niclas joined Veson Nautical in 2021 as part of the Oceanbolt acquisition and oversees product development for Oceanbolt. Prior to joining Veson, Niclas co-founded Oceanbolt where he was responsible for the go-to-market efforts. Niclas has a background in investment banking and private equity investing.

Kirk Rzasa joined Veson as a Project Manager Consultant in 2014. He has helped spearhead growth in the Americas’ Professional Services team and currently serves as Director of Professional Services, Americas. Kirk focuses his efforts on the execution side of Veson Nautical’s business, where his team handles the delivery of Veson solutions and ensures clients maximize business value on Veson’s platform and service offerings. In his day to day role, Kirk also places a heavy emphasis on team leadership and growth within the services team.

Bobby Morse has been a Product Manager at Veson Nautical since February 2020. Before Veson, he worked for SS&C Eze, where he spent 9 years as the Senior Product Manager of an order management trading system for hedge funds and asset managers. Bobby is well acquainted with mission critical software platforms in complex and regulated industries and is a CFA charterholder.

Vice President, Global Services

Jesse has led Veson Nautical’s Global Services organization since 2011 and is a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team. He has been with the company since 2007 working with the world’s largest commercial maritime and commodity organizations implementing the standard platform that propels maritime commerce. Jesse is responsible for managing Veson Nautical’s Global Services organization including the Professional Services, Technical Solutions, and Education Services groups with oversight for all customer deployment, enablement/empowerment, and evolution. As the most experienced services organization in the commercial maritime world, Veson Global Services is committed to delivering value at every stage of our clients’ digital journeys — from initial solution design, to go-live, training, continuing education, and ongoing success.
