David Foo
Deputy Chief Executive (Operations & Technology)

David Foo joined the Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) of Singapore in July 2017 and served in various senior management roles, and assumed the appointment of Deputy Chief Executive for Operations and Technology in April 2025. He oversees all maritime and port operations and technology initiatives under MPA’s purview, and is accountable for operations transformation and planning, engineering, hydrographic and marine services, IT and OT systems as well as cybersecurity and data governance.
TS Teo
President, Singapore Shipping Association (SSA)
TS Teo is President of the Singapore Shipping Association (SSA), alongside his role as Advisor to Pacific International Lines (PIL). He previously served as Managing Director of PIL Logistics (2004–2023) and Executive Director of PIL (2000–2021), where he pioneered PIL’s enterprise resource planning system and grew PIL Logistics’ annual revenue to US$300 million. At SSA, he has driven industry initiatives such as the MaritimeSG Shipping Cybersecurity Scorecard, the SME Digitalisation Programme, and SSA Techno-vate Day, advancing maritime technology awareness and digital transformation across the sector. He also served as Chairman of its Digital Transformation Committee.
Dominic Ng
Head of DNV Veracity Asia Pacific, DNV
Dominic Ng is Head of DNV Veracity, Asia Pacific at DNV, leading digital transformation and data-driven solutions supporting maritime decarbonization and operational efficiency. With over 25 years of experience in maritime technology, fleet performance, and voyage optimization, he has held leadership roles at DNV and Wärtsilä, helping shipowners and operators leverage digital solutions to reduce fuel consumption, lower emissions, and improve business performance.
Michelle Gonzalez
Senior General Manager of Shipping Business and Operations
Vale
Michelle Gonzalez is the Senior General Manager of Shipping Business and Operations at Vale, leading chartering, long-term contracts, operations, innovation, and compliance for Vale globally. With a Project Management MBA from IBMEC, Logistics post-graduation from UERJ (State University of Rio de Janeiro) and specialization in Innovation from INSEAD and Fundação Dom Cabral, Michelle brings over 20 years of expertise in maritime logistics, chartering, operations, decarbonization, and digitalization. Michelle is also an active advocate for a more comprehensive sustainable partnership between Charterers and Shipowners to promote causes that advance mutually relevant values in the shipping sector; from inclusion to decarbonization.

John is a co-founder of Veson Nautical. His passion for solving complex problems, continuous innovation, and working closely with clients is a core value for the entire organization. John has been associated with Veson since 1992 and was instrumental in creating the architecture for the company’s Integrated Maritime Operations System (IMOS).

Russ is responsible for driving the top line at Veson and leading the commercial organization, utilizing his 2+ decades of leadership experience in global organizations. Prior to Veson, Russ held general management and commercial roles across industries like Fintech, Logistics, and Enterprise Information Management in both publicly held and private equity owned software firms.
Christine Sullivan
Chief Product Officer

Christine Sullivan is Chief Product Officer at Veson Nautical, where she leads product strategy, product management, design, and product operations. Christine joined Veson in 2026 after a decade building and scaling SaaS products at high-growth legal tech and marketing tech companies, most recently serving as the SVP of Product Management at LinkSquares. Christine began her career in finance, bringing a strong commercial perspective to product innovation and growth.
Josh Luby
Director, Product

Josh Luby is Director of Product Management at Veson Nautical, where he leads the product strategy for building AI directly into Veson’s solutions, including the Veson Platform and CoCaptain. With more than a decade of experience at Veson, Josh has driven product work across pre-fixture workflows, risk management, and market analysis, and now focuses on product strategy to help teams navigate market complexity and volatility with embedded, contextualized AI. Josh has worked in the software and consulting space for nearly two decades, and holds a BS in Economics from Northeastern University.
Vishal Khattri
VP, Professional Services, APAC

Based in Singapore, Vishal Khattri joined Veson Nautical as a Project Manager / Consultant in 2013, and in addition to his Consulting role has since taken on managing the Professional Services team in Singapore, as the Director of Professional Services, APAC. He provides consulting, implementation, and training services for Veson clients, strategy and budget execution for the APAC office, and resource management for the Services team.

Donovan joined Veson Nautical six years ago and today leads implementation and professional services engagements from Singapore, delivering complex, multi-region projects for clients across the APAC and EMEA region. With a background in construction, engineering, and design, he brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to digital solution implementation — spanning invoicing, financial workflows, and process optimization. Donovan is known for taking on dynamic client engagements and helping organizations drive efficiency, data quality, and lasting operational improvement.
Matt Freeman

Matt Freeman is the VP of Valuation & Analytics at Veson Nautical. Matt leads a dynamic team of experts with oversight of the automated valuation model and the commercial data set that underpins it. He is a founding VesselsValue employee and prior to the acquisition of VesselsValue by Veson in 2022, was the Chief Commercial Officer. He is a co-director of Seasure Shipbroking and has been an active shipbroker since 2007, bringing deep expertise in maritime asset valuation.
Myo Kyaw Oo

Myo joined Veson Nautical in 2014 and today serves as Director of Professional Services for the APAC region, leading IMOS platform implementations, data migrations, and system integrations for major maritime clients across Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, Myo focuses on leading and enabling his teams to deliver complex ERP solutions for some of the world’s leading shipping companies. With over 23 years in the maritime industry, Myo brings deep domain expertise and a career-long commitment to helping shipping organizations operate more effectively.
