She currently serves as Senior Freight Charterer at South32, a leading Australian mining company, and is the Vice Chair of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ASEAN Branch).
Renowned for her expertise in optimizing supply chains and managing complex maritime challenges, Elaine is also a strong advocate for diversity and sustainability in the shipping industry.
Her previous roles at leading energy and shipping companies covered a wide range of responsibilities across various dry bulk commodities, encompassing chartering, operations, bunker management, and technical coordination.

Brad Jee

Brad Jee is Vice President, APAC at Veson Nautical, where he leads the company’s growth across the Asia Pacific region. With almost 30 years of experience spanning Technology, Bulk Commodities, and Shipping, he brings a deep cross-functional perspective to commercial strategy and maritime technology.

Lasse Sorensen is a senior shipping professional with 24 years of experience across physical and financial dry bulk markets. He has a strong track record of managing large fleets and delivering consistent P&L outperformance, along with deep strategic expertise in trading, physical execution, market analysis, hedging strategies, and risk management.

Vishal Khattri
VP, Professional Services, APAC
Based in Singapore, Vishal Khattri joined Veson Nautical in 2013 as a Project Manager and Consultant and now leads Professional Services across Asia-Pacific. Over more than a decade at Veson, he has worked closely with hundreds of maritime organizations, gaining deep, firsthand insight into how owners, operators, and commercial teams design workflows, manage risk, and make decisions in an increasingly complex market.
In his role, Vishal helps clients turn technology into tangible outcomes, shaping operating models, standardizing workflows, and enabling better, faster decision-making across the voyage lifecycle. He oversees consulting, implementation, and training, alongside regional strategy, budgeting, and resource management, supporting maritime leaders as they navigate digital transformation, regulatory change, and evolving market dynamics.
