Introducing the AI Composer to help with emails
With the integrated AI Composer, you can now “Ask AI” to draft, edit, and refine your emails without having to leave Shipfix. Not only is this more convenient, it also has significant benefits in terms of data security. Further, you can also use the AI Composer to include IMOS voyage data when composing an email.

AIS Processing Enhancements
We’ve improved our AIS processing engine to deliver faster and more accurate routing across Shipfix. Recent updates enhance route calculation, improve land and zone avoidance, and provide more precise vessel trajectory data.
Key improvements include:
- Improved route visualization: Smoother, more detailed route displays on the map.
- More accurate routing: Improved graph modeling ensures vessels route correctly around landmasses and complex navigation areas.
- Faster distance calculations: Optimized processing significantly speeds up distance queries used in chartering workflows.
- Better zone avoidance: Enhanced trajectory calculations when minimizing SECA or piracy zones.

Time zones
You can now enable a time zone overlay on the map to quickly understand local times across regions, making it easier to coordinate activities and communicate across global teams.

Shipfix Mobile Updates
This is one of the most significant updates to the Shipfix Mobile app to date. It brings a broad set of new capabilities across email, search, documents, and performance. Together, these enhancements significantly expand what users can do on mobile.
Key updates include:
- AI Composer: Draft, edit, and refine emails directly from your mobile device
- Search Enhancements: Search across port and vessel directories, with suggested local contacts when selecting recipients
- Improved File Sharing: Share documents and images from other apps directly into Shipfix
- Calendar Updates: Create and manage calendar events from mobile
- Usability Improvements: Highlights in search results, pinned filters, and customizable composer shortcuts
- Enhanced Previews: Better image and document viewing with expanded file support and caching
- Performance & Stability: Improved app performance and reliability, with no need to reconnect every 30 days
- Visual Updates: New dark app icon

More Shipfix Features
Alongside this quarter’s headline updates, we’ve introduced several additional enhancements that improve everyday usability and collaboration within Shipfix.
- CSV Address Book Import: You can now import contacts into the address book using a CSV file exported from reMARK.
- Recipients Filter Enhancement: The “To, CC” filter has now been renamed to Recipients. You can now specify whether to search for a recipient in the To, CC, and/or BCC fields when filtering emails.
