1. Product Updates
Added features in Fleet Database
We’ve expanded Fleet Database to help you stay ahead of evolving design, efficiency, and emissions standards.
- 25 new data points added: Access additional fields focused on sustainability and regulatory readiness, including emissions control, alternative fuels, and energy efficiency.
- New transaction filters: Analyze charter types, sale details, and ownership structures within a single view by expanding access to both Fleet and Deals databases.
These updates give you a clearer view for assessing your next sale and purchase opportunity through identifying chartered vessels, researching vessel history, and evaluating competitors’ moves.
Energy Efficiency enhancement dates
Within Fleet and Deals database, you can capture the manufacturer, technology type, and fitted date for vessels by searching for hull air lubrication, carbon capture, and wind-assisted propulsion dates under Features > Energy Efficiency:

Users can also search for vessels that have had its name changed historically in VesselsValue’s database via the Details tab in Fleet Database.
Enhanced, customizable portfolios
With more flexibility and control, the VesselsValue Portfolio tool delivers a clean, intuitive experience for reviewing and tracking your vessels — making it easy to stay informed on overall vessel performance:
- Bulk vessel uploads using IMO or vessel name
- Accurate performance tracking based on acquisition dates
- Clear valuation change indicators week-over-week or month-over-month
- Easily customized exports for reporting
- Historical valuation views and access to Market Valuation certificates
Matrix tooltip
Matrix vessels now come with an interactive tooltip that reveals their key specifications. Just hover over any value to see what’s behind it and how updates to vessel size or features affect values as the market evolves.
Market Value with Charter Certificates
We’ve added a new Values table to the Market Value with Charter certificate to make calculation assumptions clearer.
These assumptions are defined by subscribers under Vessel > Finance > Market Value with Charter and are now displayed directly in the certificate for full transparency.
2. Data Enhancements

- Enhanced Tanker Data through Q88 Integration: Incorporating data from Veson’s Q88 platform adds over 22,000 new data points across 33 fields, expanding tanker specifications and improving accuracy.
- Improved Ownership Visibility: Integrated Q88 ownership data and increased company links make it easier to view full ownership structures and related entities across fleets.
- Refined Risk Mapping: Updated Joint War Risk (JWC) and Offshore polygons using trusted government and industry sources for greater precision.

- Assess energy efficiency compliance with quick visibility into EEXI, EEDI, and CII data across tailored vessel groups.
- Export and share insights based on your Export permissions.
Ultimate Beneficial Ownership tier
You can now view Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) directly in vessel management, alongside our existing seven tiers of ownership.
This update lets you easily identify the company or individual controlling 25% or more of a vessel’s use or title, and see the full ownership hierarchy — all at no additional cost.
Timeseries
This data visualization tool helps users turn real-time and historical data into actionable insights. With 3,000+ chart configurations, you can build custom dashboards tailored to your business needs.
Use Timeseries to:
- Enhance market predictions with aggregated historical and live data
- Analyze long-term trends and correlations by exporting custom dashboards for external reports
- Create and test your own models to inform deeper insights
Certificates & Report Design
We’ve refreshed the design of all Certificates and Reports as part of our ongoing rebrand with Veson Nautical. The new look offers a cleaner, more modern feel.
All vessel details from the vessel page are also included directly in the certificates, giving you added context and deeper insight into each valuation.
