As the Director of Business Development, Greater China at Veson Nautical, Penny oversees business growth for the company’s full product portfolio with strategic clients. With over a decade of experience in the shipping industry, Penny has established enduring partnerships with numerous shipowners, operators, financial institutions, and maritime professional service organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Shipping Management from Dalian Maritime University.
