SOC 1 Type II
Veson has successfully completed SOC 1 Type II attestation with zero control exceptions.
Veson’s SOC 1 Type II Report is designed to mitigate risks with regards to User Entities’ Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR). This demonstrates the reliability and integrity of the IMOS Financials Module, which can directly integrate with client general ledgers.
SOC 2 Type II
Veson has successfully completed SOC 2 Type II attestation with zero control exceptions.
Veson’s SOC 2 Type II Report is issued for the Security, Availability, and Confidentiality Trust Services Criteria. This demonstrates that information and systems are protected against potential attack vectors and unauthorized access.
Veson maintains certifications for:
ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management System, or ISMS)
ISO 27017:2015 (Cloud Security supplement for ISMS)
ISO 27701:2019 (Privacy Information Management System, or PIMS).

Protecting data confidentiality
Veson’s data storage tier is carefully architected to ensure that client data is never co-mingled with that of other clients. In addition, our customers have the flexibility to make their own decisions regarding data interfaces, independent of other clients.

All Veson employees participate in regular, mandatory security awareness training, along with bimonthly phishing simulations. Participation and progress is monitored for improvements and learning opportunities. Veson prides itself on fostering culture of security awareness.
