Connect SharePoint to your workflow
Introducing our SharePoint integration to streamline document management directly from Shipfix.
- Save email attachments directly to SharePoint with a few clicks, keeping important files organized in your preferred SharePoint location
- Upload files from SharePoint when composing emails, providing quick access to shared documents without leaving the draft composer
This integration enhances efficiency by bridging your email workflow with your SharePoint document libraries.
Enable this feature organization-wide or for select users by contacting your Client Success representative or Account Manager.
Pro-tip: Make sure you’re logged into Microsoft so you can access your SharePoint.

The WhatsApp Bot
With the Shipfix WhatsApp Bot, users can forward tonnage or cargo orders directly from WhatsApp into Shipfix. Circulars or broker messages received in WhatsApp can be securely sent to the bot and will automatically appear in Market Screens with WhatsApp marked as the source.
Because this is a simple forwarding bot, it does not read or interpret your WhatsApp messages. It simply allows you to send the information you already receive so it can be captured as opportunities in Shipfix. This helps reduce manual re-entry of cargo or tonnage received via WhatsApp.
Pro Tip: Works with both desktop and mobile WhatsApp.

Calendar
Every email client needs a calendar. The Shipfix Calendar includes reminders, push notifications, and shared views — plus it integrates with Outlook and Teams.

- Operations Tag Auto-Tagging Configuration: Choose which Operations tags are applied automatically to emails, giving you greater control over tagging behavior.
- Attachments Copy Feature: Reuse attachments across multiple emails and drafts without re-uploading files.
- Email Short ID: Reference and work with emails using compact short IDs instead of full identifiers.
- Shared Sent Section Tabs: Share Sent section tabs between users to improve visibility and collaboration.
